This is a great technique that I discovered over at
Becky Ochlers' blog. The bottom piece of patterned paper is scored every other 1" and 1/2". It's folded like an accordian and then glued down to kind of make a ruffle at the bottom of your card. Some faux stitching with a white gel pen, prima flower, flourish clear stamp in white (colorbox ink) and ribbon finish off a very easy card.
