Tween Birthday card

My God daughter Madison is turning 11 in a week and I figured since I was stuck at home with hurricane Sandy that I would play around in my scrap room. It probably took me about 4 hours to get inspired with a tween design. I used the now retired Extreme Elements stamp set in many colors and then I sat for about another hour to figure out what to put in the middle. I found this peace sign online and cut it out with my sure cuts alot and my cricut expression. I love being able to do that. You can find almost anything on the web. Excuse the picture, I'm not one for fancy backgrounds and lighting. I just stuck it on my stamp case and snapped a picture with my phone. Happy Stamping!

My Anniversary Card

This actually wasn't my anniversary card but it was the one that I had made for my husband.  I love this new set Serene Silhouettes.  The stamps are all a nice size and so very versatile.  I stamped the image in gumball green and sponges the edges in the same.  The ribbon is also the gumball green stitched satin ribbon that Stampin up Gave away last month with your qualifing order.  I love it!  I added the small punched hearts to the flowers to add a little LOVE theme to it.

Wedding Card

If you saw my post yesterday, I posted the bridal shower card for my cousin Kris and his fiance Jessica.  Here's their Wedding card.  It's a design that I had seen on pinterest and so I adjusted it to what I liked.

What a busy fall this has been.  2 of my girls are cheerleaders for pop warner cheerleading and there are football games every weekend and many practices during the week.  We also have birthdays and a wedding coming up.  Here is the card that I made for my cousin Kris and his fiance Jessica for their bridal shower.  Their wedding invitation came with Blue designs so I used that color in the card.
The flowers and dress is from the Love and Laughter stamp set.  I masked the square and sponged bashful blue, marina mist and night of navy to add the background effect.  Jessica opened it at the shower and said "I know who this is from".
