6 Little Monkeys
I can't even tell you how behind I am with all my card making. My BF and I said that we were going to get together every other week or so and make cards in advance so that we would never be under the gun to get them done, and has that happened??? NOOOO! We could be in one if our scrap rooms together for 4 hours straight and we will be lucky if we each get 2 cards done. I have 4 nieces and nephews celebrating birthdays in February so I'm trying to get those done before starting on my valentines day cards. This card is for my nephew Markis.
This cute little monkey comes from the retired set fox & friends. Great for any little kids card and perfect for our little monkey Markis.

Dads birthday card
I just hate it when you finally get some time to be in your scraprooms and no inspiration is to be found. The soccer balls were a must for my dad because that's his favorite sport and when Stampin up came out with the great sport stamp set I figured it would be perfect for all the sports fans in my life.

Holiday Thank You Notes
It was time to make the thank you notes for the gifts that were mailed to us during the Christmas holiday. I thought it was amazing when I saw someone using the bird builder punch to make this beautiful poinsettia. I spritzed some champagne shimmer mist over the whole card to finish it off.

Mini gift bag
I needed a gift bag for the Alex and Ani bracelets that I got for my mother for Christmas. This bag measures 5x5x1. I added a satin ribbon for a handle and the flower embellishment was made using the daisy #2 die.

Dasher
I think that this has got to be the prettiest Christmas card that I've made this season. Not only did I layer card stock but I also layered stamps. The very vanilla back layer is embossed with Stampin up!'s fancy fans folder ( my new favorite) and the top layer is also very vanilla but its background stamp is called en francais and then I stamped the single dasher stamp right over it and distressed the edges. The ink color was all the same in soft suede. I added some punched snowflakes then gold sticklers and I was done. The girls had a very easy time with this card.

Hot Cocoa holder gift
I had the girls over last Friday night for a holiday workshop. One of them items we made was this cute hot cocoa holder that is perfect for a teacher gift or small friend gift. Everyone loves hot cocoa and its even better with a candy cane stirred into it. I used the new scentsational season stamp set that's currently in the mini catalog.

Tween Birthday card
My God daughter Madison is turning 11 in a week and I figured since I was stuck at home with hurricane Sandy that I would play around in my scrap room. It probably took me about 4 hours to get inspired with a tween design. I used the now retired Extreme Elements stamp set in many colors and then I sat for about another hour to figure out what to put in the middle. I found this peace sign online and cut it out with my sure cuts alot and my cricut expression. I love being able to do that. You can find almost anything on the web. Excuse the picture, I'm not one for fancy backgrounds and lighting. I just stuck it on my stamp case and snapped a picture with my phone. Happy Stamping!

My Anniversary Card
This actually wasn't my anniversary card but it was the one that I had made for my husband. I love this new set Serene Silhouettes. The stamps are all a nice size and so very versatile. I stamped the image in gumball green and sponges the edges in the same. The ribbon is also the gumball green stitched satin ribbon that Stampin up Gave away last month with your qualifing order. I love it! I added the small punched hearts to the flowers to add a little LOVE theme to it.

What a busy fall this has been. 2 of my girls are cheerleaders for pop warner cheerleading and there are football games every weekend and many practices during the week. We also have birthdays and a wedding coming up. Here is the card that I made for my cousin Kris and his fiance Jessica for their bridal shower. Their wedding invitation came with Blue designs so I used that color in the card.
The flowers and dress is from the Love and Laughter stamp set. I masked the square and sponged bashful blue, marina mist and night of navy to add the background effect. Jessica opened it at the shower and said "I know who this is from".

Triple layer card with papillon potpourri
I have recently started a Monday card day with my bestie Margaret. We are getting together every other Monday to make cards for any upcoming events. This has to be the best thing that I've ever done. I'm always under the gun rushing around at the last minute to make a card. This is what I made for her daughter Zoe. Her favorite colors are pink and purple and lots of glitter. She Loved It!

Papillon Potpourri
This butterfly is from Stampin Ups! new catalog and the whole set is just so pretty. Butterflies and flowers are my weakness so this set was no different. There's also a punch that comes with it, which I have but just didn't use it here. This was a last minute birthday card for one of my daughters friends sleepover party and what girl doesn't love butterflies.

Get well soon
I needed to make a get well card for someone and I just happened to have a great pin on pinterest with this layout. Sooo easy to copy. I just love the idea of this bandage made from some crumb cake paper and a Swiss dots folder. Can't get easier then that.
